A free drawing website that just works
This is a simple online drawing board: open the page and draw. There's nothing to install, no account to create and no watermark on your pictures. It runs in any modern browser on Windows, Mac, Chromebook, iPhone, iPad and Android, and it's fast even on older devices because everything is drawn locally on your screen.
How to draw online

- Choose a colour from the palette, or press the rainbow swatch for any colour you like.
- Set the brush size with the slider, or press [ and ] on your keyboard.
- Draw with your mouse, finger, trackpad or stylus. Made a mistake? Undo and redo as many as 20 steps.

What can you do with an online sketchpad?
- Doodle and relax. A blank canvas with no pressure: perfect for a short creative break.
- Sketch ideas. Quickly draw a diagram, layout, map or storyboard and save it as an image.
- Colour in. Draw outlines with the pen, then fill them with the bucket for a clean cartoon look.
- Teach and learn. Teachers and students use free drawing tools for explanations, games and art practice.
- Practise drawing. Warm up with gesture sketches, then test your skills in our perfect circle challenge.
Drawing with a pen or tablet
If you use a stylus with pressure sensitivity, such as an Apple Pencil, Surface Pen, Samsung S Pen or a Wacom tablet, the pen tool automatically gets thicker as you press harder, giving your lines a natural, hand-drawn feel. Finger and mouse drawing use the exact brush size you set.
